Chicago – March 23, 2015 – Medtelligent Incorporated is one of five companies in Chicago chosen to be a part of the exclusive Junto Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership. In addition to valuable operational topics including cash flow analysis, hiring and firing, brand awareness and more, the Junto Institute’s unique program also focuses on emotional intelligence – giving attendees methods and resources to enhance their self-awareness and people skills.
The Junto Institute’s 10-month, apprenticeship-based curriculum is highly process-driven and designed to drive rapid implementation of learning. Through the classes, leadership forums, and mentorship program, the companies in each cohort build connections with those facing the same challenges of a rapidly growing business as well as with people who have “been there and done that” and succeeded.
“We are very excited to be a part of JuntoIII. The program has already been transformative for our organization. We believe the Junto Institute is giving Medtelligent the tools and resources that will enable the company to crystalize its vision and direction in a rapidly expanding marketplace, scale our team responsibly and strategically, and continue to build the highly collaborative, innovative, and passionate workplace culture that fuels our growth,” says Huzaifa Tapal, Director of Engineering and Co-founder of Medtelligent.
The Junto Institute is by invite only and companies who are considered must be rapidly growing – at least 5-50 employees and have founders admit that strategies and operations need transformation to grow to the next level.
“We are proud to have the Medtelligent leadership team enrolled in JuntoIII. Their commitment to personal growth as leaders is going to benefit the company in infinite ways,” says Ramen Chadha, founder of the Junto Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
